1.0     PURPOSE:

    • To provide an understanding of the operations within MBM Packaging Labs, Inc. and its subsidiary Printing Solutions. Throughout this manual all topics addressing MBM Packaging Labs, Inc. will be inclusive of Printing Solutions.

2.0     SCOPE:

2.1     This procedure applies to all operations within MBM Packaging Labs, Inc and its subsidiary Printing Solutions.

3.0     INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY:

    3.1     Introduction:

In 1997, MBM Packaging Labs, Inc. was founded in Rogersville, Tennessee, USA.   Rogersville is located in the northeastern part of Tennessee in the foothills of the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains.

In 2000, Printing Solutions, a subsidiary of MBM Packaging Labs, Inc. was created to cater to the general commercial printing needs of our customers and those of potential clients.

Our company’s vision is to be a world leader in the miniature component packaging industry, and in a variety of customized packaging and printing services.

This manual defines the quality assurance system and establishes the authority for and responsibilities ofthequality function as it relates to the other functions in order to achieve optimal quality and service to outcustomer.   It also provides general procedures for all activities comprising the quality assurance system.

This manual is issued and controlled by the Quality Manager on behalf of the organization.
